Beja: ULSBA received 21 New Doctors Internal.
The Board of Directors of ULSBA reports that arrived in Beja 21 New Doctors Internal, considering that hope in the possibility of securing doctors in the region.
In a statement the Board of Directors of Local Health Unit of the Lower Alentejo reported that the institution received yesterday, 21 Internists: and 9 Physicians for specific training, in Intensive Care Medicine specialties (1), Psychiatry (1), Pediatrics (1), Internal Medicine (2) and Family Medicine (4) and 12 Internal doctors for general training.
The coming of Internal Physicians for ULSBA is a very important event, as it stimulates the dynamics of Clinical Services and creates the possibility of securing doctors in the region. IT IS, equally, important to note that the Beja Hospital has, many years ago, tradition in training of doctors who want to keep quality.
The welcome session was attended by the Board of Directors members, Directorate of Medical Internship and Internal Commission of ULSBA and Directors of Services.
About Medical Internship
The medical internship takes place after graduation or integrated Masters of Medicine, which the first twelve months of General Training. This first period of tutored training, theoretical and practical, It aims to prepare the doctor for scuba exercised and responsible medicine.
