The Humanitarian Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Beja (AHBVB) has opened, until the end of this January, an external competition for the admission of drivers.
According to the AHBVB notice, the drivers to be hired are intended for transporting non-urgent patients, joining the category of Specialist Firefighter for long-haul functions and services in the municipality of Beja and surrounding areas.
Firefighters or civilian personnel may be admitted, having light conduction vane, with endorsement for driving ambulance vehicles, and candidates who are not firefighters must enter, mandatorily, in the career of Specialist Firefighter on the Active Staff of the AHBVB Fire Department.
According to the competition notice, the salary is part of the National Minimum Wage legislation, meal allowance 6 euros/days and allowances for food expenses, when on external service.
Applications can be submitted, to 31 January, at the AHBVB secretariat, accompanied by the Curriculum Vitae of the candidate for the driver's position.
