Of 28 of the March 6 April, Another edition of the Gastronomic Week of Borrego is held, bringing lamb-based dishes to the table, which will enrich the menus of participating restaurants throughout the Campo Branco territory.
The event is part of the festival “Shoot flavors 2025” and has the participation of a total of 17 restaurants (Wine Passarinho Wine and Social Food; MANEL COFFEE; Casa do Alentejo; Passarinho Wine House & Tapas; Castro Restaurant; Fernando Arsénio - Geraldos; Pizzaria Vila Itália; Flavors in the fire; Pub “João das Cabeças”, In Knight; The barn; Snack Bar Enddensense, The pools, Restaurante das Eiras) and Adega do Monte Velho; world; Palma.
A partnership that aims to promote and value this endogenous product, providing all those looking for a restoration of a gastronomic quality offer based on the Borrego do Campo Branco.
The Gastronomic Week of Borrego is an initiative of the Municipality of Castro Verde, in partnership with the Campo Branco Farmers Association and Campo Branco – Livestock Producers Group, S.A. and the adherent restaurants, and has the collaboration of the municipalities of Aljustrel, Almodovar and Ourique.
