From today and until the next day 10 April, lamb-based dishes once again enrich the menus of participating restaurants in the municipality of Castro Verde, during the Gastronomic Week of Lamb.
The event is part of the “Sabores do Borrego” Festival and counts with the participation of 11 Castro Verde and Entradas restaurants that during these days will add to their menus dishes whose main product is lamb, made with the mastery of traditional knowledge.
The Gastronomic Week of Borrego is an initiative of the Municipality of Castro Verde, in partnership with the Campo Branco Farmers Association and the Campo Branco Meats – Livestock Producers Group, S.A., and participating restaurants.

Of 1 a 3 April, all roads lead to Largo da Feira, in Castro Verde, for three days of partying and entertainment, through a program that bets on the reinforcement of local identity through the promotion of a diversified set of initiatives, as you show, Offices, exhibitions and lectures related to the livestock sector activity, but also, Sing Alentejo, popular music and concerts.
