The Local Health Unit of the Lower Alentejo (ULSBA) issued a statement stating that the Basic Emergency Service (SUB) de Castro Verde will be closed on Monday due to lack of doctors.
Through the Clinical Director of Hospital Health Care, the Local Health Unit of Baixo Alentejo (ULSBA) made it known in a statement that the Castro Verde Basic Emergency Service will be closed tomorrow, monday day 29 August, between 08:00 and 20:00, “due to the lack of physicians to complete the scaleâ€.
Jose Anibal Soares, justifies in the document that “users should be referred to the Emergency Service of Hospital José Joaquim Fernandes, Beja ".
The ULSBA statement was made known by the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) Beja.
After the Gynecology and Obstetrics Emergency Services and the delivery blocks at Hospital de Beja, having already closed this year due to lack of doctors, now the Castro Verde SUB is seeing its facilities closed.
