Odemira: Gastronomic week of fish and seafood in the county until 9 July.
Fish and Seafood are the kings of the festivities at the Gastronomic Week which is taking place in the municipality of Odemira until 9 July, with the participation of several restaurants with the objective of promoting two of the best flavors of the odemirense coast.
Beja: 22nd edition of the Book Fair – Solstice of Words, of 19 a 25 June.
The activities will take place in various spaces in the city center – Portas de Mértola, Terreiro dos Valentes, Cod Garden, Municipal Library of Beja José Saramago, Beja UNESCO Center, Pax Julia Teatro Municipal with several music shows, staged readings and short stories.
Festival Futurama: Beja is the next and last stop to 16 and 17 June.
The 2nd edition of the Futurama Festival comes to an end this week, in Beja, after having left a trail and good memories in Mértola and Castro Verde. This Friday and Saturday, days 16 and 17 June.
Nª Sª das Neves/ Beja: XXIV Cultuneves-Cultural and Sports Week.
The initiative of the Parish Council of Nossa Senhora das Neves, runs until next Sunday and presents a diverse program until next Sunday.
Mértola: Prohibition of heavy traffic on the Ribeira de Oeiras bridge.
Works to reinforce the electricity grid in the Historic Center, closes the bridge of Ribeira de Oeiras, at the southern exit of Mértola, on the connection to Almodôvar and Algarve.
Odemira: Higher Education applications open for 2023/2024.
Runs until the day 21 July, the application phase for Higher Education at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja to be held in Odemira, the school year 2023/2024.
