Aljustrel: Family network of drug traffickers begins to be tried in the Beja Court.
Trial begins today at the Beja Court, before a Collective of Judges, a family drug trafficking network that was dismantled in 5 December 2022, in Aljustrel, by GNR.
POLICING THAT PREDICTS CRIMES – PART I

Moura: GNR arrested nine theft suspects and seized 733 kilos of olives.
During Operation “Campo Seguro 2023” which ended the 31 December the GNR seized in the district of Beja 39.719 kilograms of olive penthouse. In two thefts in January, more was recovered 1.413 pounds.
Odemira: Effective arrest of 5 years and 6 months for man who tried to kill trailer owner where he lived.
The individual, of 53 year old, who tried to kill the owner of the trailer where he lived in a favorable situation, instead of Brunheiras, in Vila Nova de Milfontes (Odemira), was sentenced to an effective prison sentence of 5 years and 6 months and the payment of compensation to the victim in the amount of 5.000 euros.
