Pointed out as an independent, João Duarte Palma is a native of the municipality of Cuba, has 45 years old and has a degree in civil engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (LOW), being the President of the Municipal Assembly of Cuba since 2013.
The Municipality of Cuba has had four presidents to date: Francisco Felgueiras Rodrigues (6 year old) 1976-1982, António da Gloria São Brás (15) 1982-1997, Francisco Chicken Ear (16) 1997-2013 and John Manuel Casaca Portuguese (12) 2013-2025
CDU re-runs for presidents in Barrancos and Vidigueira
