In the first half of February, there was a decrease of 147,8% of cases of covid-19 in the municipality of Beja. In the thirteen municipalities in the ULSBA area, there was a 66,7% no number of infected.
In municipalities under the purview of ULSBA and integrated into CIMBAL, which does not include Odemira, in the first half of February (Daily report 16-02-2021), there have been 848 positive cases of covid-19, less 66,7% than in the same period in January (Daily report 16-01-2021-1) in registered 1422 infetados.

Looking at active cases on the day 15 January, compared to the day 15 February there is the registration of less 815 positive cases of difference. According to the daily report (Daily report 16-02-2021) the Local Health Unit of Baixo Alentejo (ULSBA) concerning 24,00 horas do dia 15 Feb., the municipality of Beja registers 218 active cases and 53 deaths. They are less 28 cases than the day before.
In the thirteen counties there is a 17 new confirmed cases, a total of 745, with 48 patients admitted to the Infirmary and 10 in Intensive Care at Beja Hospital. Active cases are less 115 cases than the day before, the hospitalized ones are more 1 and also more 1 at UCI, the death toll increased by more 2. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6.261 confirmed covid-19 cases and 222 dead.
