COVID-19: DGS reveals that on Monday there 45 infetados no Alentejo.
Situation on 30 March: The Alentejo has 45 positive cases, more 4 than in the day yesterday. No Beja District county has 3 or more cases.
The number of cases of Covid-19 in Portugal rose from 5962 to 6408 Monday. There 140 fatalities. Yesterday, there were 119.
According to the report of the epidemiological situation in the country released Monday by the Health General Directorate, the number of infected with the new coronavirus has increased to 6408, of which 575 they are hospitalized, 164 of them in intensive care, and 43 recovered. Waiting for laboratory results are still 4845 suspicious cases and 11.482 are under surveillance by health authorities. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Portugal, there were over 44 thousand suspected.
No Alentejo, there is more 4 cases than those who knew yesterday. Évora records 21 cases (+1 than yesterday), Sines presents 4 (the same), Santiago do Cacém (not appeared in the report) and Grândola (+3) 6 each in each of the municipalities and Reguengos de Monsaraz with 4 cases (+1). No total, these five counties add up 41 positive cases, for the remaining 4 cases are distributed among the remaining 42 municipalities of the region.
