The children targeted for abuse are a six-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl., being that the abuses had the intervention of the father of the children, situation that will be determined in the course of the investigations, in an investigation that is supervised by the Public Prosecutor's Office, Cuban Criminal Investigation and Action Department.
And the JN found, the crimes were reported by the defendant's ex-sister-in-law, who lives in the same house where the detainee's partner also resides, a man of 56 years, who is under house arrest. Could it have been from a conversation with the boy that woman, who will now be responsible for the minors, realized what was happening and alerted the authorities.
In a statement, the PJ states that “sexual assaults always took place in an environment totally controlled by the detainee and her partner., in the family home and always on occasions when they were aloneâ€, adding that they had occurred in different periods and in a number not yet concretely determined.
In addition to the detainee and her partner and children, in the same room, located near 300 meters from the Court of Cuba, lives the complainant, two children of this woman and a disabled person.
Letting know that the situation does not surprise, a neighbor of the defendant and who requested anonymity said that “they are not people from Cuba, came to live here last year and who I want to distance myself from. At home or on the street, always screaming and swearingâ€, finished.
Heard in the first interrogation by a Criminal Investigation Judge of the Cuban Court, the defendant was given the most severe measure of coercion, Probation, the woman was taken to the Odemira Prison.
