The Enterprise Development and Infrastructures of Alqueva (EDIA) offers 115 plots of land for rent in 13 municipalities watered by the waters of Alqueva.

In an advertisement published on its website, EDIA, Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company, S.A., made it public that, by resolution of the Board of Directors, taken at the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of 12 July 2022, will be made available for lease 115 plots, as described:
Aljustrel (11) installments: 3 in the parish of Aljustrel, 6 in Ervidel and 2 in Sao de Negrilhos, Alvito (3): 3 in the parish of Alvito, Beja (2): 2 in the parish of Our Lady of the Snows, Cuba (52): 25 in the parish of Cuba, 23 in Faro do Alentejo, 4 in Vila Ruiva, Ferreira do Alentejo (1): 1 in the parish of Ferreira do Alentejo, Moura (12): 10 in the parish of Moura/ São João Batista and 2 in the parish of Póvoa de São Miguel, Serpa (11): 5 in the parish of Brinches, 4 in Pias, 1 in Serpa/Salvador and 1 in Serpa/Santa Maria and Vidigueira (3): 3 in the parish of Pedrogão.
The rent value per hectare is ciphered in the 75 and 100 euros, depending on the type of property, with the expenses with water consumption and maintenance fee of the plots inserted in the irrigation perimeter, are in charge of the landlord.
