EDIA will be present at the fair “Patrimónios do Sul”, taking place at the Manuel Castro e Brito Fair and Exhibition Park, in Beja, of 30 of the September 2 October.
The “Mercado de Alqueva” and “Alqueva goes to School” will be two of the initiatives promoted by EDIA and that are part of this event..
For the first time, the “Mercado de Alqueva” will present products from the region, with 10 direct sales and two product display stands, filling an island space. The initiative arose from an invitation launched by EDIA to some of its customers, who accepted the challenge, showing and sharing your products.
On 30 at 4:30 pm there will be a “Show Cooking” with products from Alqueva, by Chef "El Chali".
The participation of EDIA will also take place with the project “Alqueva goes to School”, integrating the “Beja Educa” space with activities for Schools in the areas of Environment and Heritage.
"Learn to conserve", “Life in a Drop of Water”, memory game “Coins Romanas Alentejanas” or the game of “Letra Delta”, will be some of the activities aimed at the youngest.
In this way, EDIA intends to show Alqueva beyond the infrastructures while promoting the importance of sustainability in the region to new generations.
