Elvas: PSP gets cooperation of the National Body of Police Spain during Easter.
PSP and Spain Police Force patrol Elvas city streets during the Easter period. This cooperation has to be seen across the border, with PSP to travel to Badajoz in joint missions.
The Public Security Police received the “reinforcement” of the Spanish National Police Corps, for joint patrolling the city of Elvas.
UNESCO Intangible Heritage, Elvas is one of the most visited Portuguese cities at Easter time, by Spanish citizens, what year after year, institutions have led the days to develop the promotion of proximity and visibility policing, namely in areas of commercial interest, historic monumental and restoration.
The Elvas PSP receives elements from the Spanish Police Corps from the neighboring city of Badajoz.
