The session titled “EMAS in Focus: Conversations around the water”, will take place at the NERBE Auditorium in Beja, and marks two decades as a municipal company.
Crucial topics for the development of the water sector and the region will be presented and debated, how are they example, water losses, the digital transition, telemetry and sustainability across its entire line.
The challenges and opportunities in water management for Baixo Alentejo will be debated, at a round table, composed of decision-makers from important entities and with a preponderant role in the management of this high-value resource: Environmental, Social and Economic.
Through carrying out this initiative, EMAS Beja, aims to provide a journey in the context of sharing and transferring knowledge, especially at a time when management entities in the region are required to take a moment to analyze and reflect on the future of the water sector.
So, EMAS Beja, makes it available to different management entities and other entities that intervene or are interested in the sector, your knowledge and experience, celebrating simultaneously and together its twentieth anniversary.
The celebration program begins at 09,00 hours and ends at 12,45 hours with the Certificate delivery ceremony in Occupational Health and Safety Management systems (ISO 45001:2019) at EMAS in Beja, by the certifying entity SGS.
