District of Beja's 15 clusters with schools defined as needy (who had students at least 60 consecutive days without classes for a subject in the year 2023/24) in need of 98 teachers.
Targeted at schools identified as needy, teachers who compete for these establishments will benefit from travel support, between 150 and 450 euros, in addition to permanent employment and support for travel, these are two incentives to attract teachers to schools in need, thus reducing the number of students without classes for prolonged periods.
