Starts next Monday, day 25 July, application to the 1st phase of the national competition for access to public higher education for 2022. No Polytechnic Institute of Beja (IPBeja) less 14 than last year.
According to a communication from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education through the Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES), provides data on the National Competition for Access to Public Higher Education in 2022, the IPBeja will have this year 511 vacancies against 525 of 2021, which comparatively results in less 14 vacancies, less 3% than last year.
Regarding the number of vacancies in study cycles aimed at training in digital skills at IP Beja this year 90 vacancies, more 4 than 2021, which comparatively means an increase in 5%.
According to the Higher Education Department, under the general access regime 2022 will be made available 53.640 vacancies for the national competition and 721 places for local competitions, in a total number of 54.361 vacancies, representing an increase of 2,6% compared to the number of vacancies initially made available in the previous year.
The application deadline for the 1st phase of the national competition for access to public higher education runs from 25 July and 8 August.

The application deadline for the 1st phase of the national competition for access to public higher education runs from 25 July and 8 August, The application must be submitted through the online system, on the website of the Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES) on the Internet (http://www.dges.gov.pt). To access the application system, candidates can use authentication with the citizen card or digital mobile key.
