Évora: Preventive for domestic violence, Violation of prohibitions and qualified damage.
The investigation under that runs under the 1st Section of the DIAP of Évora and where to investigate suspicions of crimes of domestic violence, by order of the public prosecutor, a man was arrested for 32 years.
Present at the investigating judge of Évora for questioning and application of enforcement measures and promoting sequence prosecutors (MP), the judge decided to apply to the defendant coercion measure of remand.
The MP believes check up, in concrete, danger of further criminal activity and risk of disturbance of the investigation procedure and indicating the accused for the commission of a crime of domestic violence (where the victim is the mother), a crime of domestic violence (where the victim is the ex-partner), a crime of violation of prohibitions determined by criminal sentence and a qualified damage crime.
The defendant had been convicted by a judgment of 25 October 2017, unappealable, the commission of a crime of domestic violence in the sentence of two years and seven months in prison, suspended on probation.
Moreover, the accessory penalty of prohibition of contact with the victim, by any means, residence ban in the residence where the victim lives and in their workplace, compliance being supervised by technical means to control the distance, the defendant infringed repeatedly.
