Colonel Joaquim Manuel de Mira Branquinho, He was born in Évora, has 53 years old and 33 years of service, as many years as he has lived in Beja and is regarded in the military as “a son of RI3 (Beja) and a very competent officer”. Former General Chief of Staff of the Army and since 01 October 2019 served as Head of the Support Office of the Training Directorate.
