Fairs and markets: Sell without a license can give fine up 25 thousand euros.
Sell crafts or agricultural produce in the local market without a license or registration will give right to a fine ranging from 500 and 250 thousand euros, under the new legislation governing local farmers markets.
The ordinance 85/ 2015 of 21 published in May “Gazette” It contains new rules for the installation of local markets, establishes who can participate in them and sets fines for offenders, that will be applied by the president of the local council.
