Ferreira do Alentejo: Fair Talego and Apron.
The Union of Parishes of Ferreira do Alentejo and Canhestros promotes another edition of Talego Fair and Apron, to occur on 25 May (Friday) from 19h, in the Square Comendador Infante Passanha.
The talego, multicolor bag of various sizes and multiple functions was, in the recent past, used in our region in the transport of meals for field work.
Alongside this the talego was also recyclable packaging invented by popular wisdom translated into intelligent management and great environmental sense.
apron, also made of cloth flaps are, somehow, more connected to our gastronomic traditions. Both without model or patterns resulted from the imagination of its creator.
The Fair Talego and Apron want to promote these two parts connected to the Alentejo culture, but also has a musical component and gastronomy.
