Ferreira do Alentejo: GNR recuperar 2,5 tons of copper
Recovered 2,5 tons of copper wire and various paraphernalia used in the theft of non-precious material.
Military da Republican National Guard (GNR) of Aljustrel posts and Ferreira do Alentejo, recovered early Sunday morning 2,5 tons of copper wire and other instruments linked to the theft of precious material not.
Information collected by GNR, led to it being recovered copper that was already burned and placed in bags, ready for marketing, no "black market".
In yet been seized copper 2 grinders, 1 jackhammer and 3 cutters, material that was camouflaged with branches of eucalyptus trees near Ferreira do Alentejo.
The GNR continues with investigations to identify the theft of the authors and the respective origin of the hidden material found.
