A man of 37 year old, resident in Ferreira do Alentejo, was detained by military personnel from the Intervention Detachment (OF) do Comando Territorial de Beja da GNR, despite having thrown a package of cocaine onto the roof of a house.

The GNR requested the collaboration of the village's Volunteer Firefighters, who recovered the package thrown by the suspect., having proven that it contained narcotics. A search of the individual and his vehicle followed., having seized the following material: 621 doses of cocaine, 269 doses of hashish, 70 doses of cannabis, 186 euro cash, three knives, a cell phone and a scale.
