In Diário da República, the dispatch identifies the 1001 priority parishes for the monitoring of fuel management, in the defense of the forest against fires. There are four in the Beja district, in the municipalities of Mértola and Almodôvar.
The identification of these priority parishes allows an efficient use of the human and technical resources of the entities involved in the inspection of compliance with the rules for cleaning the land., in a context of enormous pressure, when a territorial dimension that exceeds the 6 million hectares.
So, are priority, for inspection purposes, as 1001 parishes identified in the order, being that there are four of 75 parishes and unions of parishes in the district of Beja, spread over two municipalities. In the Municipality of Mértola are identified the parishes of Alcaria Ruiva, Mértola and Santana de Cambas and in Almodôvar, the parish of São Barnabé, the same as contained in the order of 2021.
O despacho estabelece os seguintes prazos:
Between 1 and 31 May 2022 – os terrenos confinantes a edifÃcios em espaços rurais (numa faixa de 50 meters) e os aglomerados populacionais, campsites, industrial parks, plataformas de logÃstica e aterros sanitários em espaços florestais (numa faixa de 100 meters), onde estão incluÃdas as quatro do distrito de Beja.
Between 1 and 30 June 2022 – nas redes viária, ferroviária e nas linhas de transporte e distribuição de energia elétrica em muito alta e alta tensão (numa faixa de 10 metros para cada um dos lados), bem como nas linhas de distribuição de energia elétrica em média tensão e na rede de transporte de gás natural (numa faixa de 7 metros para cada um dos lados).
O despacho sublinha que o estabelecimento de prioridades não isenta os agentes fiscalizadores de avaliar o cumprimento de todas as regras previstas legalmente, não limitando a fiscalização à s áreas e perÃodos referidos.
O documento refere ainda que quando a entidade autuante, quando não for o municÃpio, deve dar conhecimento do levantamento do auto de notÃcia, preferencialmente no prazo de 48 hours, à respetiva câmara municipal.
