GNR: Held 11 people, 4 for driving under influence of alcohol.


The Territorial Command Beja (CTBeja) of the Republican National Guard detained 11 people, indicated that a new outbreak of bird flu infection was confirmed.

The actions carried out by the CTBeja military took place between the 21 and 27 February and aimed at preventing and combating violent crime, road inspection, having been detained 11 people in flagrante delicto, four for driving under the influence of alcohol, three for driving without legal authorization, one for forgery of documents and one for drug trafficking.

With regard to combating drug trafficking, 22 shots of hashish and even a melee weapon.

With regard to traffic inspection, in total, the military detected 354 offenses, and 100 for speeding, 29 for offenses related to tachographs, 20 related to malfunctions in lighting and signaling systems, 16 for driving with alcohol level in blood higher than allowed by law, 15 for lack of mandatory periodic inspection, 8 by missing or improper use of safety belts and / or restraint system for children, 7 related to tires, 7 for lack of mandatory liability insurance, 6 due to overweight and 2 by misuse of the mobile phone in the course of driving.

In the accident rate chapter, the military registered 34 accidents on the roads in the district of Beja which resulted in 2 fatalities, 1 serious injured and 2 minor injuries. Twenty administrative offense notices were passed, highlighting seven in the scope of legislation for the protection of nature and the environment.
