Reuben Candeias, of 26 born in Beja, He is accused of 11 crimes, six of which are offenses against qualified physical integrity, four of abuse of power and one of kidnapping.

Carlos Figueiredo, of 32 anos da Guarda, and Paulo Cunha, of 27 born in Porto, are accused of two crimes each, namely one of abuse of power and one of offense to qualified physical integrity.
