The Nabeiro Group launched the “Delta Cafés Senior Talent” Program, intended for its employees aged equal to or over 62 year old, with employment relationship, at least, 25 years with the Group.
Employees should also aim to promote intergenerational mentoring, combining the experience of these employees with the energy of younger people.
With guidance from an Advisory Board made up of employees and former employees, It is to strengthen ties and closeness between generations that the program is now born, which values the contribution of senior employees and maintains their bond with the Group.
The “Delta Cafés Senior Talent” Program covers several initiatives and training, ranging from the distinction of “emeritus employees” to retired employees who have demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout their career.
Going through mentoring programs that foster an enriching exchange of knowledge and innovation; to participate in new projects aligned with their areas of interest; participation in volunteering actions, workshops and training in areas such as technology, artes, health and wellness; to the reform transition project, which provides psychological support and career advice.
