Minister Graça Carvalho wants to follow the calendar that foresees the completion of the Pomarão capture (municipality of Mértola) until the second quarter of 2026.
The project aims to capture water from the Guadiana River and send it through pipelines to the Odeleite dam — a journey of more than 30 km.
