Hi Fly: Airbus A340-300 from the Portuguese company operates a flight between London and Brasília Airport.

Not last Saturday, 28 of September, Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport, from Brasilia (DF), received a non-regular international passenger transport operation carried out with an Airbus A340.

The airline contracted for the operation was the Portuguese Hi Fly and the aircraft allocated was registered under registration 9H-TQY, model Airbus A340-300.

The jet departed from Stansted Airport, from London, England, at 10:44 pm on Friday, 27 of September, no voo HFM-861. After little more than 10 travel hours, the quadrijet landed, at 4:58 am on Saturday morning, at the airport of the Brazilian capital.

The plane's stay in Brazil was more than 16 hours. The take-off, for flight HFM-862, occurred at 9:50 pm on Saturday, bound for Gatwick Airport, also from London.

The movement is similar to the August operation, when the UK chartered a Hi Fly A340 to deport 200 Brazilians. The difference with the previous occasion is that that plane was destined for São Paulo International Airport, in Guarulhos (SP). However, there is no confirmed information about this being the reason for the most recent flight.
