Legislative 24: Alternative 21 does not go to votes in the Beja Circle. There 14 competitors.

A Alternative 21 is definitely away from next day's election 10 March, after failing to appeal to the Constitutional Court, of the decision of the Judge of the Central Civil Court of the District of Beja, to reject your list.

As the Lidador News (LN) revealed last day 31 January, the process was delivered after the closing date for receiving applications, by Alternative 21, composed of the MPT-Movimento do Partido da Terra and the Alliance, that was in Bento Marques, of 44 year old, registered in São Sebastião da Pedreira-Lisbon, as the sole and mandatory candidate.

Parties could submit their lists by 18,00 horas do dia 29 January, and the alternative 21 delivered the next morning, passing 14 to 15 parties or coalitions competing in the Legislative Elections of 10 March.

On the afternoon of 30 January, at the Central Civil Court of the District of Beja, the order of inclusion of competing parties and coalitions in the Beja Electoral Circle was drawn, even before the judge's decision on the validity of submitting that coalition's list, ended up being excluded, for having entered after the deadline:

The judge's decision was appealed to the Constitutional Court, but the coalition decided not to exercise this right, what excludes her from the voting act, continuing the name and symbol of the Alternative 21 to appear on the ballot papers in the Legislative Elections of 10 March
