Legislative 24: Beja Court Judge refuses Alternative list 21.


A Alternative 21 is currently removed from next day's election 10 March, according to the decision of the Judge of the Central Civil Court of the District of Beja. A Alternative 21 can appeal to the Constitutional Court.

As the Lidador News (LN) revealed last day 31 January, the process was delivered after the closing date for receiving applications, by Alternative 21, what is there in Bento Marques, of 44 year old, registered in São Sebastião da Pedreira-Lisbon, as the only candidate and representative of the Alternative 21, composed of the MPT-Movimento do Partido da Terra and the Alliance.

Parties could submit their lists by 18,00 horas do dia 29 January, 18:00, and it was delivered the morning of the next day, becoming 15 parties or coalitions competing in the Legislative Elections of 10 March.

On the afternoon of 30 January, at the Central Civil Court of the District of Beja, the order of inclusion of competing parties and coalitions in the Beja Electoral Circle was drawn.

1-Former Portugal VP, 2-Unitary Democratic Coalition-CDU, 3-Book-L, 4-Left Bloc-BE, 5-People, Animals and Nature-PAN, 6-Alternativa 21-MPT.A, 7-National Democratic Alternative-ADN, 8-To react, Include, Recycle-RIR, 9-Iniciatica Liberal-IL, 10-Socialist Party-PS, 11-Democratic Alliance-PPD/PSD, CDS / PP, PPM, 12-Chega-CH, 13-Rise up, 14-Communist Party of Portuguese Workers-PCTP/MRPP and 15-Nova Direita-ND.

The Alternative candidacy 21 was analyzed by the judge responsible for the electoral process and the list was excluded, for having entered after the deadline, decision that may be appealed to the Constitutional Court.

Regardless of the decision of the Constitutional Court, the name and symbol of the Alternative 21 will appear on the ballot in the Legislative Elections of 10 March
