Mértola: MUR Festival this weekend in the town's historic center.
The MUR Festival takes place this weekend at the Village Museum History Center, an organization of the Municipality of Mértola.
This is the second edition of the event, that values ​​innovation and artistic creativity, giving life to the spaces of the historic center without losing the cultural and social references that characterize.
Music, dance, an Arab film festival, multimedia, gastronomy, painting and performing arts are some of the activities planned for the day 18, 19 and 20 May.
This year's program includes, also, the presentation of the 10th edition of the Islamic Festival Mértola on Saturday night, in the churchyard of the village parish church, which is followed by the show "Al-Andalus", with the New Orchestra Guitars and Group Sevillanas.
