Woman was detained near Mértola, in possession of 12 300 doses of hashish, will be present today at the Judicial Court of Beja.
The Territorial Command Beja, through the Territorial Post of Mértola, yesterday, day 14 of December, detained a woman from 36 years for drug trafficking, in the Mértola municipality.
During a patrolling action on the National Highway 122, near the town of Mértola, the Guard military approached a conductor who showed nervous behavior.
After a search of the vehicle and a search of the suspect, it was possible to verify that she had drugs in her possession, having seized the following material:
- 12 300 doses of hashish;
- a vehicle;
- A mobile phone.
The detainee remained at the Guarda facilities and will be present today, day 15 of December, to the Judicial Court of Beja.
