Monte da Rocha Water Supply System to União de Freguesia de S. Miguel Pinheiro, S. Pedro de Sólis and S. Sebastião dos Carros, the work was signed by the municipality.
The Municipality of Mértola signed the consignment of the contract for the construction of the secondary axes of the adduction to the Almodôvar and Mértola southwest axis, no value 2.191.004,86 euros, between AgdA and SADE (General Company of Hydraulic Works).
A obra, which has a lead time of 365 days, will establish the connection of the Monte da Rocha Water Supply System to the Union of parishes in S. Miguel Pinheiro, S. Pedro de Sólis and S. Sebastião dos Carros, and also to the parish of Santa Cruz (in the municipality of Almodovar).
The Municipality of Mértola, considers the signing of this second phase of the works of extreme importance since this is an area of the municipality extremely in need, want in quality, either in the amount of drinking water available to supply the populations, especially in times of drought.
Upon completion, this undertaking will allow full independence of artisan holes.
