The Mértola Biodiversity Gallery Project initiated the image collection initiative that will run over the next year.
The image collection process for the Mértola Biodiversity Gallery Project that started last day 10 and will extend over the next year, will be a project promoted by the Municipality of Mértola in partnership with CIBIO.
This is going to be a project based on an innovative museography that will link science to art.
One of the main objectives will be to raise awareness of the region's biodiversity, but also from other places in a more intuitive way as well as, zooarcheology that reveals the importance of the biology of the territory and of what is the history of the plants that have been and are present in the territory.
The whole experience that is intended to be transmitted to visitors aims to make them realize the importance of safeguarding the present natural values ​​and biodiversity.
