The Municipality of Mértola announced the program for the XV Hunting Fair. The event, which is made of 25 a 27 October at the Expo Mértola Multipurpose Pavilion, promises many new features for hunting and nature lovers.
Among the main attractions, highlights include the Cobro Demonstration in the Water with Retrievers, the Blood Trail Dog Demonstration, the Pole Pigeon Competition and the Avifauna Exhibition. The photographic exhibition “#FeedByHunters” will also be one of the highlights, highlighting the work of hunters for biodiversity.
The outdoor park will have a larger lake, providing an ideal space to observe aquatic fauna and watch demonstrations with hunting dog breeds.
Visitors will be able to explore live fauna exhibits, big game packs, vehicles 4×4 and a unique ecosystem recreated with recycled materials. The demonstration park will include activities such as target shooting with a bow and crossbow, rabbit dog demonstrations, falconry demonstrations and much much more…
The XV Hunting Fair, is an unmissable event that celebrates passion, the hunting tradition, nature and biodiversity. It's a fight, which has established itself as one of the main players in the sector, aims to promote the region’s tourist and economic potential, attracting enthusiasts and visitors from all over the country.
The hunting activity demonstration park will also include target shooting with a bow and crossbow, a demonstration of rabbit dogs and the now traditional demonstration with falcons.
