Mina de São Domingos / Mértola: Guide advises on urban rehabilitation.
The Municipality of Mértola has released a guide of questions and answers with useful information about the procedures for urban development and building in urban regeneration area (ARU), Mine give S. Sundays.
The Guide aims to inform the public about what is urban regeneration, plans for the S Mine. Sundays, incentives, the tax benefits of being part of a ARU and existing financing.
The document, which is available in the municipal services and the internet site www.cm-mertola,pt, also explains step by step to obtain exemption from IMI, IMT e dá a conhecer a legislação aplicável.
