Moura: Two individuals were arrested for theft of sheep. They were tried in summary proceedings.
Two individuals, of 25 and 40 year old, They were arrested in flagrante delicto, a farm location in San Miguel Povoa, municipality of Moura, When they stole sheep bred animals.
The two men a few months ago they were being followed by the military's Criminal Investigation Unit of Moura da GNR, on suspicion of practicing the same type of thefts in the municipalities of Moura and Serpa.
After suspects, on arrest, It was seized a vehicle used to transport animals and ten sheep who were inside of it, after stolen to the rightful owner.
Following a search carried out on a farm also located in the municipality of Moura, It was identified and formed a third individual accused 56 year old, by recetação crime suspected stolen animals.
The two individuals involved in the theft, They were brought before a judge in the Judicial Court of Moura, It has been tried in summary procedure, the sentence being read in the next day 10 October, continuing released by term of identity and residence (TIR).
