The spill is a municipal tax that may be charged annually by the municipalities up to 1,5% about collecting the tax Income Collective (IRC), in other words, on taxable income of companies.

The council also decided to keep 0,30% the rate of Council Tax (IMI) for urban property and 3% the county's participation rate in the Income Tax of Individuals (IRS) payable in 2018 by people with tax residence in the county.

Municipalities are free to set the rate between IMI 0,30% and 0,45% for urban property and in the case of farm buildings (land for agriculture) the applicable rate is 0,8%.

The municipalities are also entitled each year to a share to 5% the IRS on the income of the previous year of people with tax residence in the respective municipalities.

The exemption and the values ​​of municipal taxes to apply in the county in 2018 They have already been approved by the House and by the Municipal Assembly of Moura.
