Moura: Festival of Rio do Peixe and bread held this week-end.
Moura receives tomorrow and Sunday (days 19 and 20 October) the fifth edition of the Festival of Rio do Peixe and bread.
The event, It is organized by the Municipality of Moura, with the support of Comoiprel, School of Professional and Senior University Moura Moura. It is a gastronomic festival and ethnographic reports that at the time of the year 30, twentieth century, contemplating the representation of scenes of old life, with reference to the cult of traditional fishing and the bread-making process.
The historic center of Moura is the finest décor and will receive a number of activities during the two-day festival, especially the ethnographic parade, traditional tales, tableaus, exhibitions, current animation, musical entertainment, portrait at the time, choirs, showcooking, Live crafts and traditional games.
During the two-day Festival restaurants are invited to confecionar dishes have ingredients as the river fish and bread, in order to provide the population and visitors the chance to taste dishes that are connected to the identity and tradition of our county.
