“The notification to the club was in good faith delivered to the debtor, who undertook to deal with the matter, but he didn't”, hence the club became “co-debtor and from its accounts the value of 2.063,71 euros”, justifies in the press release Francisco Cravo.

The president of the General Assembly of MAC assured the members that “it remains for the club to apply in court for the joint reimbursement of that debtor - read João Manuel Pinto- relapso, that notified by the club, twice, not paid", concludes the also lawyer by profession.

According to Lidador Notícias, from a source at the “Cidade Salúquia” club, the amount paid by MAC “was substantially less, by Francisco Cravo managed to free the payment of interest that was already higher than the debt”.
