Moura: New firefighting helicopter arrived only this Wednesday.

The missing replacement helicopter at the Air Resources Center (CMA) Moura, arrived at the location at 13,30 hours Wednesday, five days later than promised by the company Heliportugal, the person responsible for supplying the aircraft to CAM.

It is recalled that last day 17 July Lidador News (LN) revealed that the initial firefighting aerial means “disappeared” from the Moura Aerial Means Center, without leaving a trace and without the Moorish Municipality having previously been aware of its departure.

Last Friday, Heliportugal source told LN that “today (19 July) at the end of the day arrives at the Air Resources Center (CAM) de Moura, the helicopter based there”, what did not happen.

Just like the yellow aircraft, registration, CS-HHD, left CAM; Moura, yesterday a black helicopter arrived, CS-HGG registration, also from Heliportugal, without prior notice to the heliport owner, the municipality of Moura.

Asked by LN, about whether explanations were given, Álvaro Azedo, mayor of Moorish, it was short, precise and thick: “nothing”, justified.

When the aircraft leaves CAM de Moura, The Heliportugal source had explained at the time that “an aircraft registered in Monaco has been in Portugal for a month and a half, operating for the first time in our country, awaiting the documentary conference from the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) and some time ago it was accepted by the Air Force”, adding that “it was necessary to rent another aircraft (the one who left CAM)", concluded.
