Moura: Lamb dishes on gastronomic weekends.


In April, mês marcado pelas celebrações pascais, os sabores tradicionais voltam a estar em evidência no concelho de Moura, com os Pratos de Borrego a assumirem lugar de destaque nos Fins de Semana Gastronómicos.

Today and tomorrow, days 19 and 20 April, os restaurantes participantes irão apresentar ementas especiais, onde a carne de borrego será o ingrediente principal, ensuring visitors an authentic and quality gastronomic experience.

Moura City Council continues to invest in promoting regional cuisine, valuing it as an immaterial good of the cultural heritage of Portugal.

The objectives of this initiative include the promotion of local gastronomy and land products as distinctive and authentic elements of the region, as well as the valorization of the territorial brand “Moura Terra Mother of Alentejo Oil”.
