Odemira: 4ª Concelhia Cup MTB disputed until the month of November.
4ª Concelhia Cup MTB, evidence of mountain biking in Odemira between June and November.
Between June and November, the county of Odemira will receive the 4th Concelhia Cup MTB, which includes five races cross country, a partnership between the clubs and the local authority. The goal is to affirm Odemira as a territory of excellence for the practice of mountain biking to the tourist level, leisure and competition.
The first race takes place on June 18 June, in Odemira, with SW Marathon, BTT promoted club Odemira. For the day 9 July is scheduled to 10ªRota of Arbutus, organized by the Sports Group and Amoreiras-Gare Recreativo. On 24 September held the 6th race Desenferruja Canelas, organized by the Association Vale Bejinha and subalpine. On 22 October will be held the 9th race between the River and the Sea, na Longueira, by Section MTB Duraizos The Cultural Association, Recreational and Sports of Longueira. The last step will be the 4th edition of the race By Southwest Saws, on 5 November, S. Teotonio, organized by MTB Club Southwest.
The five tests of Concelhia Cup MTB Odemira include two courses: the Half Marathon (with an average distance between 40 a 50 Km) and Marathon (with a long distance between the 60 and 80 km), It is the same pathways for male and female earners.
At the end of Concelhia Cup mountain bike will be awarded cash prizes to the top three finishers in the male and female earners. The final classification of each athlete is established by the sum of points earned. If the athlete has participated in five races, It will not be considered the worst rating. The winners will be announced in the final test, on 5 November, S. Teotonio.
