The prosecution argued that Carlos F., It would have provided a gun and have made a shot against brother, reaching the neck and caused immediate death. On the night of the incident the individual told PJ that six men from a rival family "a reckoning" had broken out in house, killed the brother Andrew and after being tied to a chain they had beaten.
