The body of a young man 20 years in an advanced state of decomposition was found this Tuesday in the Mira river, in Odemira, district of Beja, according to Civil Protection and GNR sources.
The GNR source indicated that the young, Portuguese nationality, was identified through a document that was in his clothing.
The alert to the GNR of the suspicion that a corpse would have been seen in the Mira river was given at the end of the afternoon today by the firefighters of Odemira, who received information from a popular, advanced the same source.
