The village of Odemira will host the Under-18 Women's National Team Training Camp, the course of 1 a 7 April, in a joint organization of the Portuguese Handball Federation, Municipality of Odemira and Algarve Handball Association.
During your stay in Odemira, the team will use the Municipal Sports Pavilion as its main training venue.
The working week will be filled with nine training sessions and two friendly games against the Danish national team..
The first game between Portugal and Denmark is scheduled for 6pm on the day 6 April and the second for the following day, 7 April, at 11:00 am.
In parallel with the Under-18 Women’s Team Internship, the village hosts the Odemira Handball Seminar, between days 1 and 5 April, whose theme will be “Transition from basic training to high performance”.
The event will be attended by José António Silva, leader of the main women's team in Portugal and Coordinator of the National Teams, Sandra Martins and Silvia Fernandes, Under-18 and under-16 national teams, and Tiago Sousa, Goalkeeping Coordinator of the Women's National Teams.
