Witticism 2016: Municipal Support Project Featured in Entrepreneurship biggest showcase of Odemira.
In editing 2016 the FACECO - Fair of Cultural and Economic Activities of the Municipality of Odemira, scheduled for days 22, 23 and 24 July, S. Teotonio, will be featured in the program "Odemira Empreende – Municipal Programme for Entrepreneurship and Employment ", with ample exhibition space in the Institutional Pavilion.
The FACECO will also be the location for the delivery of Awards Entrepreneurship, on 22 July, by 15.00 hours.
The program "Odemira Undertakes" is aimed at promoting economic development and territorial cohesion, through various measures and actions to streamline and boost the business sector, with a view to attracting new investments, job creation and qualification of the business, one of the priorities set out by the municipal executive for the term 2013/2017.
Through the measures "Financial Support for Investment" and "Support for Self-Employment Creation", the Municipality has approved 210.049,22 € of financial support 25 projects. Between July 2015 and July 2016 They were presented 43 applications.
In addition to financial support, the program includes the Entrepreneur Workshop (in operation since December 2015, including the Office of Support to Entrepreneurs, Nest Enterprises and Service Theme), reducing local taxes, support for the establishment of companies, tax incentives and the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Award.
The Entrepreneurial Spirit Award is part of the prize for the best proposal for Entrepreneurial Initiatives and Creative (no value 2.000,00 €), the premiums for New Business Initiatives (1.º rated € 1,500.00, 2.º rated € 1,000.00 and € 500.00 3 rated).
The FACECO will aim to promote the area, of its products and activities, collectives and local actors, enhance the business and cultural fabric and attract new entrepreneurs and investors to the county, representing a true showcase the diversity and richness of the territory Odemirense.
