A man of 60 years died and another 48 years he was seriously injured after both had fallen from a roof, in an accident at work, in Odemira.
Source of the Alentejo Litoral Emergency Sub-Regional Command of Emergency and Civil Protection indicated to Lusa that the death was declared on site and that the serious injury was transported to a helicopter of the National Institute of Emergency Medical (INEM) to the hospital in Faro.
The accident occurred on the Mount of Formosa, in the locality of Carapetos, in St. Louis parish, district of Beja, And the alert was given to 15.18 hours, through the urgent patient orientation center (CODU), for an occurrence of trauma.
The Judicial Police are investigating the accident, advanced the same source.
