Opinion (José Lúcio / Judge): A public service doors open.
In this April 2018 the Judicial Court of the District of Beja full three years and eight months of life. So we have behind us sufficient time to enable an assessment and evaluation, to be made with reliability and accuracy that are needed. And we can only say that we have the sure consciousness of this time period has been guaranteed in the action area of Beja County the administration of justice in a way that honors how many here have service. And in a way that, add up, It has allowed to contribute decisively to the progressive improvement of justice image in the community that is intended to serve.
Some observe that often we talk about image, and not in substance. They are right on the observation, in that it highlights our concern with the image - though never this light concern to forget the concern with the substance of things. In addition to the ephemeral images that every day and hour succeed, to savor the moment, the communities consolidate their deepest perceptions and lasting through inter alia the information that comes and experience them for each reality. It is therefore essential for justice to the experience of citizens in their dealings with her results from prestigious fashion, for providing a recognized quality service. As it seems obvious, this concern with the provision of a quality service will then have to be present in all actions, All agents and at all times – from the simplest to the most complex service trial.
But this necessary condition is not sufficient. it is necessary that justice that is done is known even among those who have no direct contact with her, and forming the overwhelming majority.
Hence the imperative of communication - justice has to establish with society an open and transparent relationship, and you have to permanently provide the information necessary to the formation of an attentive and demanding public. In this line of thought, the management of Beja District Court has based its activity by enhancing the institutional relationship with all sectors of the surrounding society. It should be recognized that institutional dialogue attitude has been repaid, namely institutions that in one way or another weigh decisively in the community in which we operate. And on the other hand has been standing orientation of management maintaining a regular presence in the media of the region, in order to place justice in a level of visibility that contributes decisively to highlight their importance in the daily lives of our fellow citizens. This approach seems to us to maintain and deepen.
